Once your lease is approved and confirmed, submit your claim form on our site to get 1/3 of the commission sent directly to you.
How Your Rebate Is Calculated
Real estate commission rates vary by apartment community. Our standard payout is 33.3% of the net commission received by Texas American Realty, up to a maximum equal to 33.3% of one month's base rent.
Standard Commission Example:
Rent is $1,800. Property pays a 100% commission ($1,800)
Your Rebate = $600.
Reduced Commission
Example: Rent is $1,800. Property pays a 50% commission ($900)
Your Rebate = $300
Flat-Fee
Example: Property pays a $300 flat fee
Your Rebate = $100
Note: Rebates are strictly contingent on the property verifying Texas American Realty as your sole referral source and disbursing the brokerage commission. Rebates are processed within 10 business days after the apartment community pays our brokerage commission.
